Cape Fear Constrictors guarantees that all snakes that are shipped from our facility are healthy, properly sexed and genetics are as stated. If there are any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
We use PayPal for credit card processing (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and for bank transfers. Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks are accepted, but shipment will be delayed a minimum of two weeks to allow the payment to clear.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for us to hold an animal for you with the balance due within 30 days. Complete payment is required before your animal will be shipped. Payment plans are available. See the Payment Plans page for details.
We ship to the entire continental United States via FedEx overnight shipping. We recommend having your shipment held at your local FedEx hub for the safety of the animals, but delivery to your door is available. Live arrival is guaranteed provided that an adult is home to receive the package during the first delivery attempt if delivered to your home, or picked up within 3 hours of arriving at the FedEx hub. Your package must be opened and inspected immediately after receiving.
Shipping will only be done when weather permits. If the temperature is below 40f or above 90f, we will not ship. Generally, during winter and summer months, shipping may be delayed. The safety of the animals is our top priority.
We are not able to directly ship to international customers, but arrangements can be made to ship via other breeders who are able to offer such a service. Please contact us for details.
While it is rare, sometimes tragedy strikes and an animal arrives deceased. In that event, please follow these instructions.
As our customer, you are responsible for making sure you follow all of the laws of your city and state. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with any local or state laws regarding exotic animals that might apply to you. Be sure to have any necessary permits prior to ordering from us.
If there are any issues with your shipment, you must contact us as soon as possible, and within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will do our best to help resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
