We do all we can to prevent your snakes from perishing during shipment, but once that package leaves our facilities, it is out of our control. If a snake shipped to you arrived deceased, please do the following:

1. Place the snake on its back, with the belly clearly visible.
2. Take three different photographs of the snake from very different angles. Make sure not to move the snake between photographs.
3. Place the snake on its belly, so the pattern is clearly visible.
4. Again, take three different photographs from different angles, without moving the snake.
5. Email capefearconstrictors@gmail.com the 6 unedited photographs along with a description of what happened.

This might seem like a lot to go through after dealing with the trauma of receiving a dead snake, but due to the sad fact that some people might try to take advantage of our live arrival guarantee, these steps are necessary to prevent fraud.

We may request that the body be shipped back to us. We will discuss that on a case-by-case basis.
